Instructions for authors

Manuscript preparation

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the symposium. The length of the papers should not exceed 8 single-spaced pages (in two-column format), ACM style including tables and figures. A template for ACM SIG Proceedings style (LaTeX2e and MS Word) can be found at http://www.acm.org/publications/proceedings-template. Accepted papers will appear in the ACM symposium proceedings.

Manuscript submission

Papers should be submitted via EasyChair on the following link: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pewasun2017.

Like last year, the PE-WASUN 2017 committee will have a particular interest on reproducible research. Authors are encouraged to provide code and test data or a full description of their experiments, in addition to their article. For accepted submissions, and if the authors agree, the PE-WASUN website will host all the materials the authors agree to make available for use by other researchers and scientists.

To this end, the process will be the following:

  • Indicate on Easychair, during the submission phase, whether you agree to provide a full description of your experiments.
  • If your paper is accepted, along with the preparation of your camera-ready version, fill in the experiment description document.
  • Mail the Webmaster when the experiment description document is filled in.
  • All the materials provided by the authors will be shared via the PE-WASUN webpage.

For any question or problem related to submission, please contact the Webmaster

    Camera-ready paper preparation

All the guidelines for the camera-ready paper preparation are available at: http://www.sheridanprinting.com/typedept/pe-wasun.htm. Please, fulfill the ACM formatting very carefully. You will be contacted by the editor who will give you the link to upload your paper.
